Service Charter
PRMP are aware of the need to provide for a
first class service to you and your clients. The service charter starts at the
point of first contact following through for the life of each case.
We set out our core standards, which PRMP will maintain.
- Contact Insured by telephone within 48 hours
of instruction. If notified to us by telephone as an urgent case, we will
telephone the client on the same day.
- From date of survey, we will issue our
report within 7 working days, subject to there being no additional detailed
research required.
- We will endeavour to return all phone calls
the same day.
- We will ensure that the same surveyor
undertakes all follow up visits to maintain consistency.
- Following every survey, the surveyor will be
available to discuss any Risk Management aspect with the client and provide
ongoing support if required.
- Appropriate disposal of all survey paperwork
relating to your client within one month of visit.
- PRMP will be available to meet with the
instructing principal on a quarterly basis to discuss matters arising from
service and provide you with subsequent feedback on any relevant matter.
